Return and refund policy

Printed Book Orders Placed on Our Website

We accept returns of print books purchased on our website within 30 days of the invoice date.

To be eligible for return, books must be in original shrink wrap or in new condition. Books that have been damaged, marked, written in, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return.

If shrink wrap has been broken or removed, but the book is still otherwise in acceptable condition, the refund will be limited to 85% of the original purchase price.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

If a book was purchased as part of a specially priced bundle, individual items in that bundle may not be returned separately. The entire bundle must be returned for a refund.

Credits or refunds for valid returns are usually issued within one to two weeks after we receive and inspect the returned items.

If the shipping address submitted with the order is incorrect and delivery is delayed, rejected, or returned, we may charge an additional rerouting or reshipping fee before sending a replacement order.

Ebook Orders Placed on Our Website

We offer a 100% refund for ebooks that have been downloaded but not yet opened. Once a file has been opened in an ebook reader, the sale is final and cannot be refunded due to the nature of digital licensing.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund request if there is evidence of improper use, unauthorized distribution, excessive downloading, or other misuse of the electronic materials.

Merchandise Orders Placed on Our Website

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, provided that the item is unused, in original condition, and, where applicable, in its original packaging.

Items that are worn, washed, damaged, altered, or otherwise not in resalable condition are not eligible for return.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at contact@polarisqci.com with your order number and a brief description of the problem. We may request photographs or other documentation before issuing a replacement or refund.
